Our patented Mythos tank will allow you to macerate and/or ferment your products in a closed environment and light pressure (less than 0.5 bars) for oenological and qualitative purposes. Small units can be delivered for measured vintages (50 hls) or on larger production lines (1000 hls). The quality of the finished product and the automation of the process have made a technical and efficient tank.
